Darn.
They cancelled Medium. I know that posting has been extremely scarce, however the cancellation of Medium (TV Show) is very sad to me. Well, the series finale is going to be aired in January and I hope that another network picks up the show like CBS did when NBC cancelled its date with Medium. Hopefully.

Is it possible to get Wifi in space?
I sure hope so. Anyway, this is a valid question, after all. I mean seriously, if my career path takes some crackpot turn after a weekend in Vegas, I want to blog about it while eating dehydrated Ice Cream. (It's actually not bad.)

Film festival anyone?
How about a film festival? Seems interesting to me, after all, I am a picture/video editor of the highest mark. (I'm showing off) Anyway, we don't have any specific categories we just hand out awards for outstanding videos. It would be perfect for Christmas, but it'll probably be before then. If you want to help out, PM me. I could use it.

Time for PHP
As some may know, I'm an advanced Lua programmer. I've decided to start learning PHP, another coding language, to hopefully develop my own game. (Someday.) So today, after a small family cookout, I will be heading over to Barnes & Noble to get a textbook. I'll blog about it, as some might expect. Wish me luck!

LOL @ Google
I was really busy today and I needed something to cheer me up. So I went online to the Ellen Show site, and later I checked my email, only to find a nifty little introduction video to "Priority Inbox," a feature to sort out which emails are more important to me, and it cheered me up perfectly!

Hmph.
Well last night I spent 2 hours underground waiting for a Football game to begin. Sure, I saw like 20 of my friends and such, but you can only imagine the misery of sitting underground with nothing to do for probably an hour and a half, being let back outside for 20 minutes, only to have the game postponed AGAIN??!! Tonight @ 7. Whee.

ROBLOXian Humor and ROBLOXian Moderation
Well, a few days ago I got a Warning for making the ad to the right, but honestly the purpose of this post is to point out that the ad had been running for almost an entire day before the Moderators realized that it consisted of inappropriate humor. (I know that this will sound like a pathetic attempt to "change Roblox" like some forum idiots like to do, but I'll get to something interesting in a second) The thing is that I believe that firing the teen

voulenteers was a mistake. I mean, sure, some of them were corrupt and violent exploiters, but now you're losing money by having to pay some of the hired college morons who needed a quick buck. I'm not saying I support the forum idiots, but I'm saying they have somewhat of a point.
(Not the ones who were mad because they got banned.) Here's an example, mattchewy. According to his Twitter, he was banned for saying "Pee." Now this is just plain ridiculous. I know that Roblox is for kids between the ages of "4 and 124" but there should at least be a feature to restrict some games from younger users, so older ones can have a more lenient language policy. I get it that some younger douche bags will make a spam alt to get in, but that just creates more users, and in the longrun more publicity for Roblox because of their massive amount of users. But another thing I needed to point out is the growing maturity of ROBLOXian humor. I know LOLcats won't probably ever grow old due to the constant flow of college Interns who enjoy it, but if you occasionally take a look into Off Topic, you will know that some of the users are getting tired of Knock-Knocks and growing towards the more Daniel Tosh type of humor. So on a final note, I think that as users grow more mature some of the Moderators should too.

Cops n' Robbers
I think I should make a classic Cops n' Robbers game. There. I said it. If you know me closely, you would know that I'm solely against Brick Battle games or anything of the sort, simply because I suck. No, I don't think you get it, I REALLY suck. The only reason I have so many KOs is because I had a whimsical experience with the "fabled" KO script.
Now I know that many of you are asking why, but the whole reason started with a visit to the 2006 game "Robloxopolis" by one "Robloxopolis." I'm going to assume that it's a shared account by one Jagged Bacon and friends, because inside of the Burger Shack, one of the Clerks was named "Jagged_Bacon" and another, their name I didn't bother to remember. The game itself is quite well-built. The town hall, which you spawn on top of, is to my recollection an original native to that game, even though it's used as a free model in a very popular manor. Next to the Town Hall, you will find a Police Station, which also to my recollection is native to that game, but it is a very popular model for Cops n' Robbers games. But the part that inspired me was just below the Copper's headquarters. They have 2 holding cells near the foundation, even though I don't remember them actually being underground...
Anyway, my attention was immediately drawn to the holding cells, which were just a fun idea in general. I don't know why, but the simplest things like that seem to draw the utmost admire to myself.
Now you know. I'll inform you of the periodic progress I make as I build the game. Stay tuned!
